In English: Tuberculosis examination

If you come from a country where tuberculosis is widespread, you are required to undergo a tuberculosis examination. The tuberculosis examination consists of a chest X-ray and a blood test.

Tuberculosis is an infection that can affect a number of organs and can be life-threatening without treatment. The examination is part of the municipality's program to prevent tuberculosis.

A person with tuberculosis has a duty to follow their doctor's instructions and, if necessary, isolate themselves to prevent the disease from spreading to others.
